Sarah envisioned a kitchen that blended timeless charm with modern elements, creating a space that feels both luxurious and inviting. A central feature of her design was a beautifully crafted island positioned to benefit from the abundant natural light streaming in through a large skylight, fostering a bright and welcoming atmosphere. She opted for a thoughtfully chosen palette of gentle and deep greys to bring depth and sophistication to the room. Functionality was a key priority, with Sarah requesting high-end appliances to be discreetly incorporated into the layout and bespoke cabinetry designed to optimise storage without compromising on style.

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

Cabinetry finished in Farrow & Ball’s Down Pipe and Mylands’ Ludgate Circus strikes a perfect harmony between soft and bold tones, bringing depth and elegance to the design. Knurled steel handles from Buster + Punch introduce a sleek, industrial-inspired touch, complementing the cabinetry’s smooth finish. A standout element is the cleverly hidden passage door, which provides access to the utility room while preserving the seamless flow of the kitchen. This carefully considered design combines classic charm with contemporary functionality, creating a bright and welcoming focal point for the home.
