The Brief

Dan & Catherine had their kitchen designed with us as well as this bar which was part of a large building project with so many external elements to consider. They wanted the same industrial elements and black counter tops to match the uniqueness of the kitchen. The open plan layout allows for easy movement between the bar, kitchen, and utility area which was the biggest investment in their home.

This bespoke bar design combines bold style with refined details, creating a luxurious, cohesive space that complements the client’s striking black kitchen. As you enter, the stylish pool table from Luxury Pool Tables UK catches the eye, but it’s the craftsmanship and thoughtful touches that truly define this room. The 100mm mitred end gable at the bar’s edge is a standout feature, adding architectural interest. Shelving inspired by the kitchen ceiling’s angles adds visual continuity, while subtle integrated lighting highlights the depth of Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue interiors. Finished in Farrow & Ball’s Off Black with Dekton Sirius worktops, and illuminated by Buster + Punch pendant lights, this bar exudes elegance, functionality, and a seamless blend with the overall aesthetic.
